Wash Ingredients: sodium olivate, sodium cocoate, sodium stearate, aqua, backhousia citriodora leaf oil, cedrus atlantica wood oil, glycerin, sodium chloride, butyrospermum parkii butter, cocos nucifera coconut fruit extract, tocopherol, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate. 

Instructions for use: Wet and lather the wash bar between your hands to create a good lather. Wash skin well and rinse. 

Body Balm Ingredients: cocos nucifera oil, cera alba, butyrospermum parkii butter, backhousia citriodora leaf oil, cedrus atlantica wood oil.
