Shampoo Bar Ingredients: sodium cocoyl isethionate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, water, polyglyceryl-4 laurate, glycerin, behentrimonium methosulfate (and) cetearyl alcohol, backhousia citriodora leaf oil, cedrus atlantica wood oil, ricinus communis seed oil, hydrolyzed wheat protein, theobroma cacao seed butter,terminalia ferdinandiana (kakadu plum) fruit extract, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate. 

Instructions for use: Lather the shampoo bar between your hands in the shower, gently massage thoroughly through damp hair and rinse.
